We have found stages for lenspit and lensyaw.
We need to buy 3 stages, lensx, leny, lenz.(see att. 1)
Recall f = R/(2N\delta).
N=17 will work fine. If one uses f = 2.22 m for
R=0.2mm, N=16 Be lenses, with N=17, f = 2.089m.
From 8-ID drawings (http://8id.xray.aps.anl.gov/elog/8-ID/359/1), the mono 1st xtal is 51.5 from the source,
the exit flange in 8-ID-G is 1 m from this (http://8id.xray.aps.anl.gov/elog/8-ID/455/4), so adding another meter
for the lens location yields a source-lens distance of approx. 53.5m.
From the thin lens formula, one find the image-lens distance = 2.174 m.
We've estimated with Alec we can set up for 2.175m (p192).
This is a great fit if all is repeated.
We have 5 lenses available, we need to buy 12 for 8-ID-G.
Alec budgeted 17. This would allow N=21 and N=17 in 8-ID-I and G respectively.
The 8-ID-I mount should almost work.

the 1-D lens mount ordered for 8-ID-I should be shipped next week from
RXoptics. So we'll hopefully be able to use it early this run. I will design
a mounting bracket for it this week. It will be easier to use between
different energies.
I also received a quote for additional Be lenslets. They are 1560 USD each,
with a delivery time of twelve weeks after receipt of the purchase order.
Joe and I figured out that N=17 Be lens (R=0.2mm) should work well in
8-ID-G. The existing 8-ID-I mount was designed for 17 lenslet, but it needs
a little machining to fit 17. We'll need to buy more lenses for G too.
We identified spare tilt stages but we need to buy XYZ stages for the 8-ID-G
set up, and Joe inquired for a quote from Huber.

I'm attaching the quote from Huber for the z-stage and x-y stage we need to complete an
independent positioning system for the Be CRL for 8-ID-G. Including the motors, the
cost is $XXXXXX, 4-6 weeks delivery. Note that the quote is actually bigger by
$XXXXX because it includes (item 2.2) gear reducers for the x- and y-stages, but we are
not using gear reducers for the current setups so I removed this charge.
