Once the code is downloaded to your machine, one needs to update matlab's path
This is shown in attachment 1.
One first opens the Set path window in the Environment tab circled in blue.
Then one must add with subfolder the three subdirectories called:
VIEW_XPCSGUI_RESULTS WAXPCSGUI2 xraylabtool
highlighted in blue that are stored on your machine.
This will not be like /local/xraylab, but will depend on your environment (PC, MAC, linux).
then hit the save button and then close this window.
To run code from the main matlab window, type:
selectresult
specr
xpcsgui
Remember that selectresult uses a *.mat filter, not the default *.hdf file.
