Moved down 8ID-A mirror 0.5 mm today |

I struggled today with flux in 8ID-I. We had about 40% of the flux
during the week of 4/5/2022 after closing the WB slit horizontally to
40 um. Things were going well, the gap was set at 40 um
https://8id.xray.aps.anl.gov/specplots/8idi/2022/04/zjiang20220419/s00009.svg
and this data above made sense.
Then I did a ta2fine scan and it didn't look good at all
https://8id.xray.aps.anl.gov/specplots/8idi/2022/04/zjiang20220419/s00011.svg
It should be a nice peak that reaches > 30,000 cps, but instead shows
a double and weak peak. I had 40% of the expected flux that we typically get
at 7.35 keV.
I did steer the ID beam vertically and horizontally, but returned
everything back with no gain.
I decided to try to move the 8ID-A mirror, and dropped it by 500um.
and eventually got a reasonable mirror fine angle scan
https://8id.xray.aps.anl.gov/specplots/8idi/2022/04/zjiang20220419/s00027.svg
typical of what we get. With this, we have about 83% of the flux from 4/5/22.
So for the record, the mirror moved down from its TableY position (in EPICS) of -2
to -2.5 mm.
