We will need an RMA for the MFA-PPD stage. B21 0044. It will not home or move just buzzes. It still communicates with
controller so I think it is mechanical failure. It fails on three different SMC100-PP controllers. I
What is the warranty on these stages? It failed the second time we tried to use it and it has never
had a load on the stage. The other two MFA-PPD stages order at the same time work well.
