Last month, I sent back the laser tracker to Hexagon so that they recalibrate
the tracker, so that they can honor the 2nd year warranty.
Paper work for laser tracker shipment required a Zero $$ PO.

Our tracker finally arrived back on site today. We can return yours tomorrow or Friday. Let me know when you will be here.
Also, I think you received your tracker about a year ago. It was likely purchased with a 2-year warranty. The warranty
requires that the instrument be sent in for recertification after the first year in order for the second year to be
validated. The service is free, but you have to ship it to them.
The email for the service is: [email protected]
If you send them a request for recertification with the instrument serial number they will provide am RMA number and
a schedule date. You then need to have an Argonne purchase order for $0.00 prepared in order to get a shipping order.
You will also need an ANL407 form. Once you get the shipping order the instrument can be brought to shipping/receiving
in building 46. They must strap the case to a pallet so it does not get tossed around during transport.
You may be slightly past-due, but they should honor it.

3rd floor across from C3261. Please let me know if you would like me to deliver

We picked up the instrument...
The certification document is attached. There is also a printed copy I will get to you.
The certification and other pertinent information is on a USB drive that
will be kept in the case with the instrument.
